Can the number of items on a purchase order and invoice be shown when products are searched within the transaction screen?
We have to manually input the quantity at the beginning of the item description to evaluate the product's value against its total net cost on the transaction screen. This process feels inadequate and comes across as unprofessional when creating a purchase order. I have included examples of the same products, both with and without this measure put in place.
It's important to mention that not everyone keeps an inventory database. As a construction company, we work with hundreds of suppliers for daily purchases in a market where material prices fluctuate constantly. Given this volatility, maintaining a database of prices would be too time-consuming.
