save time by removing the requirement to create a word document in memo option to update the memo option in both customers and supplier

In both customers and suppliers there is the option Memo

to add a note you have to create a word document which then can be uploaded

By typing into the box below the previous entries and have the option to immediately update this will remove the requirement to create a word document
