SAGE IS ON 2 PCS IN OUR OFFICE HOWEVER WE CANNOT EMAIL OUR CUSTOMERS STATEMENTS OR INVOICES AS APPARENTLY SAGE DOSENT WORK WITH THE LATEST VERSION OF OUTLOOK SO WE HAVE TO EXPORT THEM TO OUR DESK TOP AND THEN RENAME AND THEN ATTACH TO THE EMAIL SURELY SAGE CAN SORT THIS AS THIS IS VERY SLOW AS WE HAVE 400 CUSTOMERS - PLEASE HELP
As per my response on this thread: https://communityhub.sage.com/gb/sage-50-accounts/f/general-discussion-uk/242746/when-will-sage-support-new-outlook/592798 we unfortunately cannot provide an integration with the new version of Outlook as Microsoft do not provide an equivalent API. There is unfortunately little we can do about this.
You don't need to manually export PDFs and generate/send email though. If you reconfigure your email sending options in Settings -> Email Defaults to use WebMail (SMTP) you will be able to be able to send emails automatically.
