Creating a signed PDF is usually (if not always) done ex-Sage. So why would Sage have the option to upload it added (along with the login requirements of Companies House which I expect needs a 2FA)?
As an aside, not every business can upload their accounts - Companies House requires that we send our signed accounts' PDF there by snail-mail.
