During input of Purchase Invoices, we record both our internal invoice reference ('internal reference' field) and the suppliers invoice ('external reference' field) reference.
When displaying the Supplier activity on screen, currently, only the Internal Reference field is available in view, which causes delays when in contact with the Supplier, as we cannot easily provide their document reference.
I have designed a custom report to export, but this cannot be used effectively during telephone calls. It would make more sense to have this input field displayed on-screen, alongside the internal reference.
Also currently, one can add or remove a default set of data fields in the 'Activity' screen. It would be more beneficial to be able to custom add, remove, or relocate data fields to suit specific User and/or Company requirements.
