I have today logged into my accounts software and a box has appeared at the top of the memo tab. On phoning sage I have been told that the box is to put in attachments and has been there since v20 and the last 5 years. I explained that the box had not been there until this morning and I have not upgraded or updated the software. The box is really annoying as it cuts down on the page size for me to read the memo notes. I was told by the sage support assistant that it cannot be moved or made smaller and it has been there for 5 years. So for 5 years I have been bind??? No the box was not there and I want it gone. So the next time the software is re-written or updated can the option for the "attachment" box or whatever it is be made to be able to be removed or moved to below the box where you rights the notes.
