Some companies make it more complicated to download their invoices and input them into Sage, creating unnecessary steps. It's as if they don't understand the invoice entry process.
But the worst culprit of all is... SAGE itself!
Why can't you just email me the monthly invoice rather than asking me to jump through hoops to download your invoice.
Better still, why don't you integrate the invoices automatically into Sage? It must be possible.
