Since moving from V27 to V28.1, our client, while running Arrivals Intrastat, is now getting the following issues:

• An error on Commodity code 39231010 ("Invalid Commodity Code")
• The output file is no longer uploading to Revenue as summarised, its showing all individual line items, which Revenue wont accept.
• Intrastat generating for the wrong period of time.

When they were on V27 there were none of these issues.

We have logged a case with Sage (Ref: 02912095) and we were told by support that this/these were due to a bug, and advised that the client make a manual Intrastat return.

We would very much love if this could be solved in a near future update.
