Besides creating sales orders and purchase orders Sage does not show which user has done what for example it would be great if when a user does an 'adjustment in' on stock you can see who it was , or if a new customer account is created you can see which user created the account, or converted each sales order to an invoice.
We have issues where we are trying to trace back mistakes or perhaps discuss past activity on products but we do not know who did what therefore it creates a gap where we cannot rely on Sage for the information.
