Uploading a file to the Supplier / Customer

Uploading a file to the Supplier / Customer record, the file name text is white and the background is white - Make ALL Text Readable

I have noticed when uploading a file to the Supplier / Customer record, that the file name text is white and the background is white

Making the text totally unreadable - can this be rectified?
