I recently found the diary function and thought this is brilliant I can set myself on-line reminders to do my recurring sales invoices, chase debts etc. I know you're thinking that I could set up recurring invoices but unfortunately the description changes every time, so I am not sure this will work. Anyway, after I put many many entries into the diary, I realised that my excitement was misplaced as the diary is missing the most important feature a reminder box which should pop up like it does on outlook when something needs doing.

Completely agree. When I realised that I had missed an event, I actually wondered what the diary was for! Gone back to using Outlook.
