Our warehouse use the Quick Print feature in Sales Orders to print the picking ticket. The sales office using the Quick Email feature to send automatic Order Confirmations to customers. However, when pressing the quick Email button, it shows as 'Emailed' and 'Printed' in the default fields.
To stop the confusion of the warehouse team wondering if they have printed the picking ticket, it'd be great for it to not show as Yes in the 'Printed' field when all we have done is Emailed it to the customer.
Your thoughts on how we can combat this issue would be grand.
