Currently the CIS statement cannot be e-mailed. Your solution in the knowledge base article is to download a version of the statement which has been set up to be emailed. Can you just add this to the program as standard rather than having to go looking for a resolution. it's currently open source so anyone can download it so it makes no sense that you have to go and manually add it. this is just needless extra work and wasted time
