Lock a filter in Transaction screen
We have a buyer who wants to have access to the transactions as we have specialised items which may be required a few years down the line, she can search in the transaction list and find the product, costs, where it was purchased etc.
However giving access to the transactions allows that user to see all transactions and could therefore see wages, dividends and other items we would not want them to have access to.
If we could set a filter ie: search only items with an Ex reference as we use PO's and enter the number into the ex ref but could lock the filter she would only see po'd items.
