Am I right in saying that SAGE will only take note of a suggestion/view or idea, if it has been voted enough by other customers??
It seems madness that customers have to troll through the countless suggestions and ideas of others customers to see if their ideas have already been brought up, so that that they can then vote/agree with them.
Surely, SAGE must be able to run a report from the countless suggestions and see how many of these are the same/similar requests and get them put through for change? Who has the time to troll through/search/read each comment and then vote for it.. Seems to be a fruitless exercise to even make a suggestion if SAGE are only going to take notice once it has a certain amount of votes!!
