There is no history of a letter being sent to a customer. Sage used to record the type of letter but not a copy of the actual letter. WIth dynamic content in the letter s set it is important to retain a copy of the letter that was sent to refer back to. Currently these are in multiple peoples emails and may be attached to the coms tab buy the user - Ideally I would like to se eall letters and statementssent to the client from Sage recorded on their communications tab for all users to be able to access when dealing with a client,
