Firstly & I would think relatively easy, Like when raising a credit the text in highlighted in red which is a clear indication for the user. If a specific customer is on a special price for an item it would be great if this was, for example, shown in blue or green (or whatever) again giving the user a simple but clear indication that this customer is already on a special price for this item.
Separately, it would be great if you could LOCK a price within the Product stopping users discounting or overriding a product already on promotion.
