I have just upgraded to Version 29 in Sage Accounts 50. There is now a refresh button option - can anyone tell me what it actually does or is it a dummy key?
Also having upgraded it didn't work so I called Sage who said yes this is a problem you will have to download the software again and choose to repair rather than install the upgrade. Would be helpful if this was mentioned somewhere upon start up of Sage.
When searching for customer, supplier or purchase orders there is a new option to return to all of your records - a bin icon, pressing this returns all records. I went through this with a member of staff and I asked what she would do, she had no idea but she certainly wasn't going to press the delete bin!! I find this a ridiculous icon to use when globally this represents delete! What is going on over there are we going back to the dark ages?
