On any screen which has columns (except the charity fund activity) you can click on a heading to sort by that heading. Sage then automatically sorts by the key field (eg Customer account). This is most annoying as the key field is unable to be changed and can make it hard to find what we are looking for.
When clicking on a heading ONLY that column should be used to sort the data - this would allow a pre-sort by one column and then another, particularly a user defined Analysis column. By first sorting by the Contact field and then by the analysis1 field, the list would be sorted by the analysys1 field then by the contact field. By automatically sorting by key field, it destroys the more useful sort by contact field as the key field can't be changed and when customers change their name (company mergers, people get married, etc).
The only solution at the moment is an export list to excel where the sorting can be done on only a single column at a time.
