Some Customs clearance are insisting on Tare weight (packaging), Net weight (products) and Total Gross weight to be shown on all commercial invoices- without these they will not clear the goods through European customs.
We have managed to put Net weight on the commercial invoices and the gross weight is calculated by Sage (only if we add the packaging as a Net weight too). Can Sage calculate the two different weights Net and Tare together and show Gross weight. There seems to be no way of putting TARE weight on Sage.
This would be a huge help to get things through European Customs please.
