Is there anyway that we can have in the Customer Record Module a Parent/Child Account Association in the customer module and flowing through into subsequent sales reports?
For example we sell into the NHS and a Trust can have 4 child accounts (Hospitals) that belong/report into this trust.
Each child account of this trust we should be able to analyse individually and then look at the overall picture of the Trust as a whole
Example: The Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is the Parent, however there are also 2 child accounts (Freeman Hospital) and (Royal Victoria Infirmary) and (Great North Children's Hospital) that buys from us too
So I would like to see reports on Individual Hospital Sales for Each Child Account but a report showing the Total for these collective accounts falling into this Parent Trust
From a reconciliation point of view this would mean that we can easily allocate payments as would all transactions would be grouped under the Parent
This would make my life, and many others who sell into the NHS a lot easier too and who knows may also increase your market share too :O)
