Many businesses must use Royal Mail Click and Drop for their deliveries.
At the moment there are several countries, such as Korea (South), that are not compatible with the Royal Mail description. It is therefore rejected when the data is exported into Click and Drop. To solve this we have to enter an incorrect country for the customer in Sage50 to get the data exported. Then, we edit it in Click and Drop to the correct country, Then, we have to alter the country back to the correct one in Sage50.
This is so time consuming and could lead to errors in delivery if any of these steps are missed.
