The new alerts are great for being able to update information on Customers, Suppliers and Products.
The only thing missing, I feel, is when you open say a customer, the alert should show straight away.
i.e. A customer rings in, you enter their name or code, the Alert should show the information straight away (If you have selected this option in the settings).
At present you must click on Alerts to see if there is any information.
