Allow to adjust width of columns

Although there is an option to hide columns, some of them are way too wide. It would be useful to be able to adjust columns like we do in excel so the vision would be more compact and easier.

Dark Mode

I need dark mode, not everyone needs it or likes it. But for me, white screens hurt my eyes. Each log in should be able to have dark mode option, that does not turn the whole company's individual log ins to dark mode as well.
