Retain External Links to Autoentry Documents within Sage Year Archives

Refuse AutoEntry Transactions when date locked

Disallow postings to locked dates unless a specific lock date password is provided - perhaps same code as remote data key. Disallow overrise of lock date in AutoEntry using the same method.

Auto Entry - Accept invoices if not fully matching to PO

At moment Auto Entry will only fulfil a PO if it is a full match and not 1p out. To be able to slightly amend or part invoice a PO would be advantageous

Auto Entry attachments & manual attachments should be available in archives

Attachments disappear if data is deleted after archiving. Whilst auto entry attachments can be crossed referenced, manual attachments cannot. Easy access to all attachments can only be achieved by not deleting data from current company data.
