Ability to upload budgets (from a spreadsheet) per department rather than just nominal level

Overall feel the management reporting from SAGE is limited. You can load budgets to a nominal code so being able to have a spreadsheet populated per department should be easily enough loaded into SAGE.

Enable Sales Orders to be linked to Projects, like Purchase Orders can be.

We can allocate PO's to a Project, but cannot do the same with SO's. This makes the Project module of not much use. It would be so much more useful if SO's could be allocate to Projects in the same way as PO's can.
