Batch Invoice - Larger display box for customer/ supplier name

Box not displaying the full supplier/customer name. It only displays 30 digits and the rest of the name displays underneath.

Provide F3 pay in full key on the invoice payment screen together with an update ledgers option.

Providing a Pay in full (f3) key should enter a payment amount = the total due and also set the allocate payment to invoice. A m update ledgers option would also speed up posting.
