departments for sales ledger receipts

Sales ledger receipts could be linked to a department so that the Department Balance sheet report works. Other wise it is incomplete.

The majority of our customers pay the same amount monthly. We already send out recurring invoices and would like to be able to collect a payment without requesting manually each month

Add the option to " alert" when opening up a customer from the customer tab , and the alert display not just when you raise a sales order or quote especially handy if over credit limit , or have special prices.

Customer - new (insert a/c ref) open - alerts- new - display alert in: (add new field ) customer record

VAT Liabilty Widget To Show Current Quarter Liabilty or a tick box choice to show this

If the VAT liabilty widget had tick boxes to select the current quarter for VAT liabilty - which would be the VAT liabilty since the last VAT submission within the system (to include earlier unreconciled transactions), this would be extremley help...

Departmental Aged Debtors (Retrospective date)

Hello I would find the above named report very useful if it can be designed. Hopefully it is self explanatory. NB . Any current Report wont work as it doesn't report the Departments of transactions that have been allocated. Regards John Griffith
