We have not been able to process Gocardless settlements for several weeks now & when trying to run we get the message "SBDDesktop has stopped working - close program". The solution is for us to post them manually which is very time consuming & not what we are paying for. The problem has been escalated with sage & it seems to be something to do with us having a "£" sign in the description field. This has never been a problem before until we upgraded to the latest build 30.
