Seems a bit excessive that only one user account (the Manager user) can delink a customer's GoCardless DD mandate reference, especially when the linking is so clunky and easy to make a mistake. Having to go and request that the Manager user delinks these customer mandates is a waste of their time, and it would be useful I believe if an Administrator user type with full access could be able to do this.
