We have some sales users who I would like to share sales dashboards with, but in general they don't have access to nominal codes so cannot stitch together a P&L.
If I publish a dashboard to them I believe they can't see see it unless I grant access to dashboards in the user profile.
However if I do that then I think that means they can immediately use dashboard access to see the P&L.
In principle I prefer to share information within reason and the right context, but this is perhaps a little sensitive.
Is there a way to publish a dashboard but not allow a user to create their own dashboards in the process?
