Removal of deleted transaction from the comments page

It would be helpful if deleted transactions DO NOT appear in the comments page on the back up of sage as they have already been corrected. This happens every New Year for us and a bit frustrating.

Historical check data results

Would it be possible to add a section within the last results section of file maintenance whereby historical last results could be found?

Alternative back up option

An additional way to back up data would be very beneficial. Today the back up option under the file option at the top of the screen became unresponsive. In fact all drop down options under the top ribbon were unresponsive.
