Pro Forma paid alert

Could an alert be adopted to inform multi users quickly that a pro forma has been paid by a customer, i.e a field on the customer home screen. This would assist communication to the sales team to dispatch orders.

Show purchase order as EMAILED when using report

Currently a purchase order shows as emailed ONLY if emailed from the purchase order screen. If you email from a purchase order report, it shows as not emailed. Please fix this.

Mark Order Complete WITHOUT Updating Stock

It is not possible at present for a Purchase Order to be marked as complete without updating stock. Answer Yes = stock update - No leaves PO open. This is NOT always the case.

Refuse AutoEntry Transactions when date locked

Disallow postings to locked dates unless a specific lock date password is provided - perhaps same code as remote data key. Disallow overrise of lock date in AutoEntry using the same method.
