include payment on date instead of payment due date

it would be useful to be able to choose a payment date for customers or suppliers instead of relying on a fixed amount of days between payments. this can be a problem due to fluctuating days in the month

Need to get it to interact with Excel properly. I have Excel 2019 but when I try and "Send to excel" I get error message "Your export did not succeed. Only Microsoft Excel 2013, 2016, 2019 and 2021 are supported". Yet I have 2019.
