Email field in Customer Order Details-Product Sales Order

We use a custom field to add this but many email addresses are too long to fit due to the character count . A dedicated email field would be a big help.

The report date has reverted back to 2019

On most of our reports the default report date is 31/12/2050 but since V29 some have reverted back to 2019??? I have tried the fix on the help centre following the instructions but it just not working.
