A report to show imported transactions

I believe there isn't a flag set for transactions that have been imported versus being entered manually. We would benefit from a report that we can run to double-check all batches we have imported to Sage 50 accounts.

Fixed Asset Module - add PDF invoice when creating FA

On FA module it would be really useful to be able to attach a PDF of the invoice relating to the asset you are creating. Again a pretty standard feature that SAGE does not support
