Allow all users to view my attachments in Projects

Hello In Projects, I'm saving PDF documents in the memo folder, but no one else on the team can see them. Is there a way that you can make them visible to every one when they look in the project ? Regards Helen

Auto Entry attachments & manual attachments should be available in archives

Attachments disappear if data is deleted after archiving. Whilst auto entry attachments can be crossed referenced, manual attachments cannot. Easy access to all attachments can only be achieved by not deleting data from current company data.

Satago- add attachments/ invoices

Would be good if Sage would allow Satago to add invoices. We create our invoices under invoices & Credits tab in Sage but currently unable to upload these. So therefore I have to attach separately in an email!
