Integrate correctly with New Outlook (Released in 2023)

As a company we have been forced to adopt the new Microsoft Outlook due to issues with different devices being locked out of the old version. Previously we sent all invoices, statements etc via email link which Sage swiftly posted in to our draft outlook box from which we could then send. Approximately 12+months ago we experienced an issue whereby the emails would not output with our 'signature' due to Microsoft blocking for security reasons. Now we find that our current version of Sage (29.2.398.0) is not compatible with the New Outlook (released September 2023) and it doesn't appear in any of your forthcoming updates to have been addressed. Sage needs to act quickly to resolve as Quickbooks & Xero both integrate efficiently!

Technically there isn't a version called "Outlook 2023" , you have been using a beta / pre-released version that Microsoft allowed users to try early to gain feedback. Due to this, it isn't something we'd support, as it's constantly changing due to fixes and updates being issued.

We are aware of the upcoming Office 2024 which will include the new Outlook and will look to support that in upcoming releases.

I'm having the same issue. I am having to stay on the old version of Outlook just to keep our processes functioning as usual. We also had 64 bit Microsoft but had to downgrade to 32 bit in previous versions of Sage (now resolved with 30.1). I think the bottom line is that Sage need to be much quicker to ensure that its packages fully integrate with Microsoft to help support businesses in the future.
