Make Sage 50 accounts compatible with Outlook 64 bit

I am unable to upload invoices directly from Sage Accounts into Outlook to email invoices direct to our customers.  Apparently this is because we have Outlook 64- bit and need Outlook 32-bit.

I personally do not have tech knowledge of these things, but this has got my tech guys scratching their heads. They cannot understand why Sage haven't done an update to be fully compatible with Outlook 64-bit. They said to move Outlook to 32-bit is a step backwards (64-bit has been around since 2016, 32-bit is out of date.) They have advised not to change to 32-bit Outlook. They did some research on Microsoft's Tech community website and a lot of customers are talking about this and all saying the same thing - do not change back to 32-bit. (54 messages in a week with the same problem). Come on Sage get this sorted!  Please!

    Here we are in August 2024 and still the issue has not been resolved!

    This is very bad service from Sage.
