Allow copy invoices sent to be added to communcations tab in the same way as statements and letters do

Contra entries

It would be helpful to be able to expand the box so you can see all the info clearly and to have a column for disputed invoices "d" so they don't get selected for the contra in error.

BREXIT - Customer Type - URGENT

For EU sales we need to record if the customer is Private (goods for own use) or Trade (reseller) - we need this to choose this to book the shipping.. This should be a field in the customer record.
