Automatically put customer accounts on hold when exceeding their credit limits or Stop warning messages being overridden

This would be beneficial as it would stop anyone being able to generate any further GDN's for the customer when their credit limit is exceeded. We aren't able to manage this effectively currently as people are able to override the warning messages.
