Easier to move transactions in Reconciliation window

Accessible dates in the Calendar

I would like to suggest that the last few days of the previous month are made accessible rather than being greyed out and having to click back. This feature is of great use in Xero and would reduce the risk of errors occuring.

Forward date for Suggested Payments

Is it possible for the "Suggest Payment" under the Suppliers option to have a forward date on it so we can see all payments due on a selected date and then be able to pay them in advance?
