enable editing of department code in already posted supplier invoices

I have posted invoices to the supplier account but we have now decided to start using department codes. I am able to edit sales invoice department codes from the transactions list but not the suppliers.

Would it be possible to have a feature to allow you to recode a nominal code in a batch?

Currently you can only do this individually and it can be very time consuming if you have a lot to change. Other software packages do have this option.
